Alice Springs Planning for the Future

Options for the future growth of Alice Springs were discussed at a forum held on 5 June 2008.

The Planning for the Future Forum gave residents the opportunity to have their say about options put forward for the town’s development. Topics covered included future growth options, revitalisation of the Central Business District and sustainable development.

A Steering Committee has been developed to address the five key actions areas identified from the forum and provide advice to Government.
