Committee Members
On 23 March 2009 the Minister for Planning and Lands announced the formation of the Alice Springs Planning for the Future Steering Committee.
The Steering Committee provides broad representation of community interests, business and government and includes:
- Minister for Central Australia, Karl Hampton
- Alice Springs Town Council Mayor Damian Ryan
- Native Title holders, represented by Darryl Pearce Lhere Artepe
- Business and Industry, represented by Julie Ross, Brendan Meaney and David Forrest
- Government services, represented by the Manager of Regional Development Fran Kilgariff and the Executive Director Regions, Tony Renshaw
